Vitalis Health & Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse – Telehealth Care Coordinator in St Leonards. The role focuses on delivering patient-centred telehealth care across pre- and post-operative pathways, with prospects for hybrid work after probation.

A seasoned clinician with AHPRA registration and 5+ years of experience is preferred, including specialties such as General Surgery, Oncology, Gynaecology, Cardiac, Orthopaedics, or Urology, and solid digital health capabilities.
