Job Description

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples for Full time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, guiding academics, behavior, and daily life to foster development.

This unique career requires a two-person, married couple—both 27+—with youth experience, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to obtain van certification. The role includes nine days on, three off, with potential placement in a single student home over time.
