The Role

R44 Helicopter Pilot based in Narrabri NSW. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated, safety-conscious and vibrant R44 Helicopter Pilot to join our team, with a start date of October 2026.

This position involves a variety of operational flying, including low-level aerial survey, feral animal control (shooting and flying), charter including scenic flights, and aircraft and hangar duties. This is a full-time role with most flying conducted locally, so you'll be home most nights.

Minimum Requirements
Valid Commercial Pilot Licence - Helicopter (CPL-H)
R44 Type Rating
500 TT+ hours minimum for this position
Demonstrated low-level flight experience
Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
Completed Dangerous Goods (DG) awareness course
Valid First Aid certificate




Valid ASIC Card
Current DAMP Test
Nil accident history
Valid manual driver's licence

Desirable Skills/Experience
Low level flying experience e.g. aerial culling, mustering, surveys
Firearms licence/firearms experience
Basic mechanical knowledge/helicopter servicing e.g. 50 hr Maintenance Authority
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Willingness to assist with ground operations when required
