About the role

As a Level 2 Technician, you'll be the go-to person when technical challenges escalate. You'll assist Level 1 technicians and resolve complex client issues efficiently, manage system updates and backups, communicate technical solutions clearly to clients, and maintain detailed records of technical work and client interactions.

Key responsibilities
Assist Level 1 technicians and resolve complex client issues efficiently

About you
Minimum 3 years of Level 2 technical support experience
Robust communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex issues for clients
Team-oriented mindset, but confident to take initiative when needed
Persistent, logical,



and solutions-driven attitude
Strong relationship management skills, maintaining trust with clients and colleagues
Drive to learn and upskill continuously, keeping technical knowledge current and sharp
