There are no fixed office hours or traditional salary structure. Instead, you manage your own schedule, follow a proven process and build your results through your own activity and performance.

This could particularly appeal to someone who has spent years working with people — perhaps in leadership, management, consulting, learning and development, client engagement or business development — and feels ready to use that experience in a different way.

Requirements
Strong communication and relationship-building skills




Professional experience in leadership, management, consulting, training, client engagement or business development
Comfortable speaking with professionals and asking thoughtful questions
Self-directed, organised and able to manage your own time
Willing to learn and work with established systems and processes
Approximately 15–20 hours per week available
Based in Australia
