Job Description

Coles Group in Melbourne is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead a high-impact sourcing function and deliver value across our Own Brand portfolio. You will report to the Head of Strategic Sourcing and guide a team of specialists to drive strategic initiatives and solid supplier partnerships.

This role focuses on cost savings, margin improvement, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Sustainability. Hybrid work options are available.
