Unite Resourcing is looking to build our contractor base of experienced Intermediate Riggers for a range of upcoming shutdowns across various BHP, Rio Tinto and FMG sites in the WA Pilbara.

We have shutdown work scheduled between now and the end of the year, with the ability to lock suitable contractors in for swings as far ahead as November 2026.

If you enjoy shutdown work and like to plan your roster in advance, this is a excellent prospect to secure upcoming swings early.

Rates
Day Shift: $58.00/hr
Night Shift: $66.70/hr

What we're looking for
Intermediate Rigging (RI) High Risk Work Licence
Demonstrated experience in crane-related rigging, dogging and lifting operations
Experience working directly with cranes and crane lifts - not solely mechanical rigging (essential)
Current White Card
Previous mining,



shutdown or heavy industrial experience essential
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
Site Inductions (if not yet obtained, willing to obtain at own cost)
Flexibility to work day and night shift
