Job Description

The Shire of Broome is seeking a agile People, Culture and Safety Coordinator to lead the P&C; team and support line managers with recruitment, performance management, WHS compliance, and L&D; program delivery.

This permanent, full time role offers a base salary between $98,303 and $114,730 per year, with relocation assistance and generous allowances. A positive culture based on PEARLS values is emphasized.
