Job Description

Peoplebank is seeking an HRIS Systems Specialist for a Sydney-based, six-month contract with hybrid work: three days onsite, two days WFH. You will support HRIS implementations, decommissioning, integrations, and process improvements across HR and technology teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of HRIS experience, robust HR process knowledge, and hands-on HRIS integrations. Timely delivery and stakeholder collaboration are essential in this rapid-paced setting.
