Job Description

EssilorLuxottica seeks a Skilled Services Manager to lead our eyecare network across Victoria, Tasmania, and the ACT. You will oversee optometry recruitment, clinical excellence, workforce capability, and innovation for OPSM and EyeQ stores, in collaboration with state and national teams.

You will build high-performing teams, drive patient-centred care, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement across multiple regions.
