We are a boutique commercial property buyers agent and education agency. Looking for an inhouse legal who can do contract and lease reviews for our clients across australia.
The right candidate needs to be:
self motivated to learn current things around due diligence and legalities around commercial property applications
able to perform commercial lease review and contract review for clients over zoom or in person
able to draft clauses specific to property purchases and leasing
ablitity to draft commercial leases
understand trust law and different entities
be willing to learn contract terms across australia (we can train you)
Looking for an individual who is self motivated, self driven and ability to work indepedentlly withou supervision
