Il Molo Italian Kitchen & Bar is looking for a reliable and hardworking Casual Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team.

This role is ideal for someone looking for a few shifts each week, whether you're studying, looking for a second job, or wanting to gain experience in a qualified hospitality environment.

About the Role

You'll help keep our kitchen clean, organised and running efficiently by:
Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment
Keeping the kitchen clean and sanitised throughout service
Assisting with basic food preparation when required
Receiving and putting away deliveries
Removing rubbish and recycling
Supporting the chefs during busy service periods
Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn




Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential
