The Chance

An exciting opportunity is available for a Site Engineer with 1–2 years' civil construction experience to join a growing contractor delivering residential subdivision projects across Melbourne.

n

About the Role

n

You will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Supervisor, supporting the delivery of subdivision projects from earthworks through to completion.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
Supporting the delivery of residential subdivision projects
n
Assisting with bulk earthworks, drainage, sewer and stormwater
n
Managing subcontractors and suppliers
n
Conducting quality assurance and site inspections
n
Reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation
n
Assisting with project programming and planning
n
Preparing quantities, variations and progress claims
n
Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to specification
n
Liaising with consultants, clients and site teams
n

About You

n





We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 1–2 years of Australian civil construction experience, ideally within subdivisions or land development.

n

You will have:

n

n
A Civil Engineering degree
n
1–2 years' experience in civil construction
n
Exposure to subdivision or land development projects
n
Robust communication and organisational skills
n
A practical, hands-on approach to site engineering
n
The ability to work effectively with supervisors, subcontractors and project teams
n
A robust desire to develop and progress your career within the civil construction industry
n
