Blacktown Women's and Girls Health Centre is seeking a energetic Client Services Manager to provide senior operational leadership across counselling, intake and program delivery within a not-for-profit, women’s community services setting.

This role ensures secure, high-quality, trauma-informed, culturally secure, feminist, and person-centred services that support safety, wellbeing, and empowerment of women. It leads multidisciplinary teams and drives service planning and organisational development.
