We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Garment Technician to join our production team. This is an exciting prospect for a technically strong professional to play a critical role in delivering impeccably constructed garments, ensuring consistent fit, quality and finish across all collections.
Working across the full garment lifecycle, this hands-on role supports the translation of design intent into production-ready garments, collaborating closely with internal teams and global suppliers to uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship.
About the Role
As a key member of the production development team, you will:
Provide technical support across the full garment lifecycle, from prototype through to bulk production
Coordinate and manage the sample process (SMS, PPS and bulk), ensuring fit, quality and construction standards are met
Prepare, maintain and update detailed tech packs, specification sheets and BOMs
Manage and attend fit sessions, recording fit comments and communicating amendments to factories
Work closely with pattern makers to establish and maintain grading and sizing rules
Review QC reports and collaborate with factories to resolve quality, construction or grading issues
Measure garments to confirm compliance with specifications and quality standards
Oversee care label development, approval and production
Track critical path deadlines and communicate progress, risks and challenges to stakeholders
Build robust working relationships with suppliers and internal teams to support on-time, high-quality production
We are seeking
A technically skilled garment skilled with experience across the full sample and production lifecycle
Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making principles, grading and measurements
Proven experience managing tech packs, specifications, BOMs and care label requirements
Proficiency in Apparel Magic, Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel
