SMEC is seeking an experienced Site Lead Design Engineer for a two-year dam improvement project in the Toowoomba region, Queensland. You will act as the Design Partner’s site representative, overseeing embedding dam crest raising, spillway widening and related works, and coordinating with discipline leads across offices and on site.

You will verify deliverables meet design intent, respond to design changes, and assist with construction methods to ensure correct implementation on site.
