We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Cup & Co Floreat.

This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely knows hospitality and is confident working in a busy, fast-paced café workplace.

We’re looking for someone who can lead from the floor, support the manager and keep the café running smoothly while maintaining great service and a positive team workplace.

You’ll need:
Solid café or hospitality experience
Previous supervisory or management experience
Solid customer service skills
Confidence leading and organising a team
Ability to handle busy services and stay calm under pressure
Positive communication and problem-solving skills
A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
Availability across weekdays and weekends





This is not an entry-level management position. We’re looking for someone with genuine hospitality experience who is ready to take responsibility and be an important part of the business. Cup & Co is a busy local café with a strong focus on great coffee, quality food and friendly service.
