The Opportunity

We’re seeking a full time Field Service Engineer to join our team based in Brisbane, Qld. In this hands-on role, you’ll provide on-site technical service including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support across a range of laboratory and scientific instruments. Occasional interstate travel is required, as well as international travel for factory training.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical service and support to customers
Diagnoses and complete repairs efficiently and accurately
Install and commission current equipment on-site
Build relationships with customers and support service agreement discussions
Maintain clear documentation of all service visits and actions taken





About You To thrive in this role, you will have:
A qualification in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering
Experience servicing scientific or laboratory equipment
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and organisational abilities
A customer-first mindset and a high level of self-motivation
Proficiency with service reporting systems

Essential Requirements
Australian residency and full working rights
A valid Australian driver’s license.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for factory training.
