Own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI workflows for strategic enterprise customers.

This is a customer vacancy managed through Balncs. The successful candidate will work close to customer teams while maintaining solid production-engineering standards and a clear feedback path into the underlying platform.

What you will own
Discover the operational problem and translate it into an executable technical scope.
Build, integrate and stabilise production capability in the customer workplace.
Coordinate decisions across users, engineering, product and delivery stakeholders.
Capture repeated field patterns that can improve the platform, tooling or delivery playbook.

Evidence we are looking for
5+ years of software engineering experience




Cloud delivery experience across AWS or Azure
Hands-on LLM and retrieval-augmented generation experience
Confident stakeholder-facing communication
