Lead deployment of AI-assisted development workflows for ASX-listed engineering teams.

This is a customer vacancy managed through Balncs. The successful candidate will work close to customer teams while maintaining strong production-engineering standards and a transparent feedback path into the underlying platform.

What you will own
Discover the operational problem and translate it into an executable technical scope.
Build, integrate and stabilise production capability in the customer setting.
Coordinate decisions across users, engineering, product and delivery stakeholders.
Capture repeated field patterns that can improve the platform, tooling or delivery playbook.

Evidence we are looking for
3+ years in FDE, solutions or ML engineering




CI/CD delivery experience
Strong Python skills
Docker and Kubernetes experience
Experience working with enterprise development teams
