About The Role

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Factory Hand to join our Coopers Plains team immediately. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with in office parking and easy access to public transport.

Key Responsibilities
Packing and loading customer goods for pick-up
Operating a forklift (essential)
Assembly operations and removing parts from laser/plasma cut sheets
Grinding, sanding, and linishing of metal components
Tapping, nutserting, and studding of components
General housekeeping and assisting with folding/fabrication tasks
Ad hoc duties as directed by the Production Supervisor

About You
Current Australian forklift licence (essential)
Reliable, safety-conscious,



and physically fit
Experience in laser/plasma cutting and fabrication (desirable)
Good hand/eye coordination and ability to work independently
Versatile for weekend overtime (optional for extra earnings)
