Factory Cleaners – Manufacturing | Ongoing Work

Ongoing Casual | Full-Time Hours | Immediate Start We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Factory Cleaners to join a busy manufacturing facility.

This is not general office cleaning — we are looking for candidates who are comfortable working within a fast-paced factory and production workplace, cleaning manufacturing areas, equipment and production spaces to a high standard.

The Role

As a Factory Cleaner, your duties will include:
Cleaning factory and production areas
Cleaning and sanitising manufacturing equipment and machinery
Washing down production areas, floors and work surfaces
Using industrial cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals
Removing waste and maintaining designated disposal areas
Completing scheduled and deep-cleaning tasks
Following site hygiene and sanitation procedures
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility
Following WHS, PPE and site safety requirements
Working around active production and manufacturing areas




Completing cleaning checklists and documentation as required

What We're Looking For
Previous factory, industrial or production cleaning experience highly regarded
Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting
Physically fit and comfortable completing repetitive/manual tasks
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Able to follow cleaning procedures and instructions
Understanding of workplace health and safety
Comfortable wearing required PPE
Available for ongoing work
