About the Venues
Manzo Bisteccheria is an Italian fire-driven steakhouse inspired by the excellent grills of the world — featuring premium cuts, bold flavours, robust cocktails and an extensive wine cellar.
Divino Osteria is a refined Italian dining experience focused on quality ingredients, beautiful pasta, seafood and a curated Italian wine list.

Both venues are located in Sydney CBD and operate at a high standard of service and presentation.

The Roles

We are looking for a variety of experienced chefs to join our team in full time roles across our recent and existing venues - Head Chef, Sous Chef, Senior Chef, and Chef De Partie.

We’re looking for professionals who:
Have proven experience in quality venues (Experience with Italian cuisine highly desirable)
Move with urgency and confidence
Care deeply about guest experience




Understand premium product and presentation
Work well under pressure
Bring positive energy and leadership
