Job Description

JBS Australia is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) team. You will design compliant, engaging learning solutions that support capability development across our national workforce and align with the 2025 Standards for RTOs.

Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders, you will create learner-centred resources, develop digital learning, mapping and validation tools, and ensure accessibility, quality and audit readiness.
