Australia Post Hobart is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the First & Last Mile network across Southern Tasmania, including Hobart Mail Centre. You will oversee safety, service, cost and people while guiding a large, diverse workforce and coordinating with processing, transport and delivery teams.

You will drive performance through data, stakeholder partnerships and change management to deliver reliable, high-quality service aligned with Post30 strategy.
