Our client is a fast-growing Australian business with multiple established consumer brands and several new brands, products and projects launching over the coming months. Their in-house marketing team is expanding, and they're now looking for a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of organic social across the brand portfolio.

This is a hands-on content creation role for someone who genuinely understands social. The content you create won't sit on social alone; it will also be used across websites, email marketing and paid Meta campaigns.

You'll work alongside a Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Digital Marketer and Web Developer, with genuine scope to progress into broader digital marketing responsibilities as the team grows.

What you'll be doing
n

Own the organic social media presence across multiple brands
n
Plan, create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
n
Capture photography and video of products, customer projects, displays and behind-the-scenes activity
n
Create engaging Reels, short-form video and social-first content
n
Edit photo and video using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
n
Write captions, blogs, buyer guides and other marketing content
n
Appear on camera to demonstrate products and create educational content
n
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and grow the online community
n
Review performance data and audience insights to continually improve content
n
Support product launches and wider marketing campaigns
n
Build and send EDMs via Klaviyo
n
Update Shopify sites with products, images and content
n
Coordinate influencer and content collaborations
n

What you'll need
n
n
3+ years' experience in a social media, content or marketing role
n
Solid photography, video editing and copywriting skills
n
An understanding that social media is a marketing tool, not just a creative outlet
n
The ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
n
A track record of producing skilled content that reflects a premium brand
n
Organised, proactive and detail-focused, with the confidence to make decisions and solve problems independently
n
Comfortable both behind the camera and occasionally in front of it
