About the role
Seeking an experiencedChange Analyst to support the implementation, adoption and embedding of ongoing digital and technology changes for a utility client. This role will work closely with Change & Learning, project delivery teams and business stakeholders to identify impacts early, build business readiness, and help ensure changes are successfully adopted and sustained post go-live. This role suits someone who can translate technical change into explicit business impact, coordinate communications and deployment activity, and support a consistent, repeatable change approach in a fast-moving delivery environment.

Required skills
Proven experience in aChange Analyst / change management / business readiness role on technology or digital transformation initiatives
Experience supporting data, reporting or analytics transformations(e.g., Power BI and/or up-to-date data platforms)




Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver impact assessments, deployment support and readiness activities
Strong capability in stakeholder engagement: influencing, coaching and facilitating conversations to drive adoption
Ability to translate complexity into explicit, practical business actions (including root cause analysis and problem scoping)
Experience creating visual change artefacts (e.g., change heatmaps, impact models)
High-level written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
Agile delivery experience highly regarded
