Evolution Mining is seeking a Senior Mine Geologist to shape the geology function for an open pit project from the start. You will establish grade control strategies, define ore, track and reconcile performance, and build the team and systems for protected, productive operations.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead grade control, QAQC, and production reporting while partnering with mining, processing and technical services to deliver value and sustainable growth.
