CDC NSW is seeking an Operations Control Centre (OCC) Team Leader to join our high-tech OCC in Seven Hills. You will lead an operations team delivering real-time, protected and reliable bus services, manage complex enquiries, support drivers and respond to network disruptions.

The role involves people management alongside the NSW OCC Manager, collaboration with stakeholders, and versatile schedule on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends.
