Uplift Recruitment is seeking a relationship-led Key Account Manager for a freight management business servicing tier-one and tier-two B2B customers across transport, parcel, 3PL, 4PL and logistics networks. You’ll be the main contact for a portfolio of customers, keeping communication explicit and resolving service issues quickly.

You’ll own accounts, drive outcomes, and work in office with internal teams to improve service performance, reviews, and governance meetings.
