We're looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join our FOH team as a Duty Manager, with opportunities across a multi-site venue. Whether you're pouring the perfect beer, running a busy service, leading a team or creating memorable guest experiences, we're looking for people who take genuine pride in hospitality and want to be part of a outstanding local venue.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar hospitality management role

Solid leadership and team management skills

Experience opening and closing a venue

Experience with POS systems and microsoft excel

Strong knowledge of service standards and hospitality operations

Experience with stock control and inventory management

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A mature, professional and hands-on approach

Knowledge or passion for craft beer would be an advantage

This is a full time salaried position with a 5-day roster. Our venue operates without early morning starts or excessively late nights, making this a great chance for someone looking for a sustainable hospitality career.

Overseeing daily operations and leading the venue during service
Opening and closing the venue and ensuring all operational procedures are followed
