CoverTel Telecommunications Group is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Melbourne, VIC to bridge high-end test gear with field operations. You will train utility engineering teams, write MOPs/SOWs, and manage calibration schedules for a diverse client base across Australia.

You will troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with manufacturers and vendors for RMAs and escalations, while supporting sales with technical proposals and IT/staging tasks.
