This role sits within a well-established healthcare organisation with a strong presence across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific region. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, the Sales & Business Support Officer will play a key role in supporting commercial operations, customer service and contract administration. The position is ideal for a science graduate looking to gain valuable industry experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Provide day-to-day sales and business support to the Country Manager and broader commercial team
Coordinate and maintain commercial agreements and documentation across Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Island markets
Manage distributor agreement administration for a network of 20+ distributors
Consolidate, maintain, and update contract, pricing, quotation, and agreement templates
Liaise with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and external stakeholders to obtain required information and approvals
Support procurement and business administration activities as required
Assist with pricing, quotation, and contract management processes
Maintain accurate records and documentation within relevant business systems




Support reporting and commercial administration activities to improve business efficiency

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in sales support, administration, customer service, and business support
Ideal prospect for a graduate who wants to gain some experience at a large med tech company
Experience within the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry highly regarded
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP preferred
Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
Proactive individual who is comfortable following up and gathering information from multiple functions
Robust Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
