TEAM LEADER POSITION
We are after an experienced Team Leader that understands the Business to Business Market and Door to Door sales.




The role requires the successful applicant to organize territory, coach, and mentor staff while growing staff and sales numbers.

The successful applicant must have:
Leadership and door to door sales experience
Strong understanding of how to allocate & manage turf
Strong ability to build a high performing culture
Strong sales & coaching ability
Solid ability to recruit quality sales staff
