About the role

You'll play a key role in shaping the client journey from the ground up, leading consultations, prescribing tailored treatment plans, and guiding clients through long-term skin transformation. This is a high-touch, education-led clinic built on unhurried client experiences, long-term treatment planning and results, and consistency between in-clinic treatments and home care.

Key responsibilities
Conducting comprehensive, in-depth skin consultations
Prescribing and delivering customised treatment plans
Performing advanced skin and laser treatments
Driving client results through consistent home care guidance
Building long-term client relationships and retention
Contributing to a high-performance, team-focused clinic culture

About you
Proven experience as a Senior Dermal Therapist
Strong consultation and prescribing confidence
A genuine passion for delivering visible, long-term results




Excellent communication and client education skills
Robust retail/homecare performance
Laser licence (preferred)
Availability for a rotating weekend roster
