A little about the role …

We are looking for a full time Customer Service Officer for our busy Warwick branch.

What you can expect …

Reporting to the Branch Manger, you will:
Promote and fulfill members financial needs
Contribute to a well trained high performing team
Maintain efficient control of cash through telling and administrative tasks.

About you … To be successful in this role, you will have:
High School or general education leaving certificate
Customer service experience
Credit Union,



building society or banking experience (desirable but not essential)
Valuable communication skills
Ability to use Microsoft office and ability to learn banking system.
