Summary The VP (Relationship Manager) is responsible for maintaining relationships with current and existing corporate clients. You will serve as a primary contact for our clients and offering tailored financial solutions, managing their portfolios, and providing excellent customer service.

Your day to day:
Formulate, manage and execute strategic business plans to achieve business performance targets, including loan and deposit growth, revenue generation, recent client onboarding, and cross-sell achievements, as set by management.
Assess client's financial requirements and manage both internal and external parties to onboard new clients to the Bank
Manage clients proactively and build long term relationships
Maintain existing portfolio accounts in compliance with regulations and policies
Look for new business opportunities and engaging in various networking activities such as business seminars, workshops, and conferences.
Identify, assess, and manage credit risks,



ensuring full compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and proactively mitigating potential issues.
Coach, guide, and support to Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) to enhance business team's capabilities and overall performance.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments and projects as directed by management to support broader branch initiatives and business needs.

What we are looking for:
Experience with institutions or large corporate clients within the Banking industry.
Ability to translate client's financial needs and provide suitable solution.
Understanding of banking products are essential.
Able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Solid mindset and capability to adhere with risk management, internal control, and compliance.
Outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
