About the Role
We are seeking experienced and professional Control Room Operators to join our Sydney team supporting a premium corporate site.
These roles involve a mix of access control, and control room operations, working within a fast-paced and modern workplace environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to move beyond traditional guarding into a high-standard corporate security environment.
Key Responsibilities
Control Room Operators:
Monitoring CCTV and alarm systems
Incident detection and escalation
Coordinating responses with on-site teams
Maintaining accurate incident logs and reports
Supporting emergency response coordination
What We’re Looking For
Valid NSW Security Licence (1AE for Control Room Operators)
Previous experience in corporate security or control room operations (preferred)
Solid communication and customer service skills
Qualified presentation and conduct
Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
Basic to intermediate computer skills (essential for control room roles)
