NAB in Cairns is seeking a Fraud Specialist to join the Community Hub Network on a full time basis. Based at the Cairns Community Hub, you will coach branch colleagues in Fraud First Response and support customers experiencing complex or high-risk vulnerabilities.

You will protect customers by delivering high-quality services to prevent, detect and disrupt fraud and scams, while maintaining empathy, resilience and qualified standards in a busy in-branch workplace.
