Are you an experienced Client Services Administrator looking to join a well-established mid-tier accounting firm in Perth’s CBD?

We are currently working with a highly regarded firm that is looking for a confident and experienced CSA to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a diverse role, working closely with clients, accountants and the wider team.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing high-level client and administrative support, including:
Managing client engagements and engagement letters
Liaising with the ATO, ASIC and other external stakeholders
Managing client onboarding and offboarding
Preparing and coordinating client correspondence and documentation
Maintaining accurate client records and databases
Assisting with ASIC and ATO requirements
Supporting accountants and managers with general administration
Providing a high level of client service and acting as a key point of contact
Managing multiple deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently





About You We are looking for someone who:
Has 3+ years' experience within Public Practice
Has strong experience across client services and administration
Is confident dealing with ATO and ASIC
Has experience with client engagements/engagement letters
Has excellent communication and organisational skills
Is confident using Microsoft Office and accounting practice systems
Can work autonomously while also being a strong team player
Takes pride in providing exceptional client service
