Supernova Lighting in Carrum Downs, Victoria, is seeking a Technical Sales & Customer Experience Specialist for 4WD E-commerce. You will blend technical knowledge with sales, guiding customers through lighting, wiring, and winch setups, and building Shopify orders and quotes.

Experience with Shopify and Gorgias is highly regarded. The role is full time, in office, with a salary range of AU$82,000– AU$92,000 plus superannuation, plus a performance bonus after probation. Training is provided.
