We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor (2IC) to support and act as second-in-command to our Housekeeping Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role, you will lead from the front, oversee shift operations, and take ownership of the facility presentation when the Manager is off-site.

The Role:

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:
Lead and supervise the housekeeping team during assigned shifts
Act as the senior point of contact in the Manager’s absence
Maintain impeccable standards across gym floors, recovery zones, spa areas, amenities, café spaces, and back-of-house
Conduct quality control checks and uphold presentation benchmarks
Support the Housekeeping Manager shift planning, task allocation, and workflow optimisation
Support the Housekeeping Manager in recruitment, onboarding, and training of current housekeeping team members
Monitor cleaning stock levels and equipment functionality
Ensure compliance with WHS, hygiene, and facility standards
Identify improvement opportunities and proactively escalate issues




Work collaboratively with Operations, Spa, Fitness, and Hospitality teams

About You:

You are
Experienced in commercial housekeeping, hospitality, or high-traffic facilities
Confident in a supervisory or team leadership capacity
Extremely detail-oriented, you notice what others miss
Calm, decisive, and proactive under pressure
Comfortable holding team members accountable to standards
Physically capable of hands-on operational work
Highly organised with robust time management
Knowledgeable in WHS practices and safe chemical handling
