Holi Crop Café is a busy local café known for great food and warm service. We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering a great customer experience.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions
Clear and reset tables promptly
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
Assist with basic barista/coffee duties if required
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

Requirements




Previous hospitality/waitstaff experience preferred but not essential
Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced setting
Team player with a robust work ethic
Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and/or public holidays
