We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Casual School Cleaners to join our team in the Hervey Bay area.

⭐ About The Role
Casual position averaging 20–38 hours per week
Monday to Friday roster
Opportunity for the role to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate
Work within a school workplace following established cleaning standards

⭐ Key Responsibilities
Complete general cleaning duties in line with Cleanworks’ standards




Ensure all doors in your designated area are securely locked before leaving
Activate the alarm system upon exiting the site
Safely store the school key issued to you
Report any incidents to the Operations Manager immediately
Respond to occasional unexpected cleaning needs

Requirements
Available Monday to Friday
Solid spoken English and clear communication skills
WWCC and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Experience in school or commercial cleaning preferred
Experience in periodical cleaning (carpet cleaning, window cleaning, scrubber machines) is an advantage
Professional, well-presented, and confident working in a school environment
Able to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
