About the role

Bakers Delight is Australia's leading bakery franchise, with a vast network of bakeries in many communities across the country. We have an chance available for an Apprentice Baker or Qualified baker to join our team at Bakers Delight Ararat. Apprentices will receive formal training and support from day one.

Key responsibilities
Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
Providing delightful customer service when required
Assisting with stock control and production expenses

About you
Have a passion for baking
Be willing to enter into an apprenticeship, or demonstrate successful completion of prior learning modules, if already undertaking an apprenticeship




Be a morning person - some shifts commence from 2am
Have a positive attitude, love working in a team setting and learning current skills
Be prepared to work hard
Be available to work a 7 day rotating roster
Have basic literacy and numeracy skills
Be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident
