We are seeking an L1 Application Support Analyst to join a dynamic support team responsible for maintaining business-critical applications. This is an excellent chance for someone with solid SQL skills, Python scripting experience, and a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 support for production applications and systems.
Monitor application health, batch jobs, and system alerts.
Investigate and resolve incidents using SQL queries, logs, and data analysis.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
Develop and maintain straightforward Python scripts for automation and reporting.
Manage incident tickets, issue triage, and escalation to L2/L3 teams.
Support deployments, testing, and post-release validation activities.




Prepare operational reports and support metrics.

Skills & Experience:
Solid SQL skills (essential).
Basic to intermediate Python scripting experience.
Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to Angular or React.js is highly regarded.
