Talent Connect are pleased to be partnering with an established and growing Building Management company with properties across NSW. They are looking for a client centric and highly organised building manager to support across two residential buildings with approx 300 lots based in Forest Lodge.

Responsibilities include:
Effective management of all contractors on site including performance and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard
Conduct regular inspections of common areas, facilities, and equipment to ensure they are clean, functional, and well-maintained.
Provide prompt and decisive response to the owner’s and occupants to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants and visitors to the building.
Creating and presenting monthly reports




Maintaining up to date documentation and compliance in line with company policy
Attending scheduled committee meetings and annual general meetings as requested

Ideal candidates will possess:
Qualified presentation with excellent written and verbal communications skills
Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Proactive and able to work autonomously or within a team
Must have excellent customer service skills
A positive attitude with flexibility to perform wide-ranging duties
Strong interpersonal skills
Must have 3+ years experience as a building manager in the residential space
