We are excited to offer an outstanding prospect for an experienced Second-in-Charge (2IC) Manager to join our luxury Daylesford store.

What are we looking for in the person?
Previous experience with an established brand selling women's apparel and or homewares
Experience in selling high ticket items preferrable
Proven success contributing to and/or managing store KPI's
Highly organised and solid ability to carry out administrative duties
Enjoys engagement with local community groups and in store event co-ordination
Team player

We require the successful candidate to work one weekend day, or alternating weekends. This role is permanent part time, working 4 days a week. The salary will be pro-rata. Immediate start training available for the right candidate. Candidate will be required to travel to Creswick Woollen Mills, Creswick as part of training.
