About the role

MS Civil is seeking a full time Civil Works Traffic Controller / MR Truck driver desirable to join our team in Hobart, Tasmania. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of civil construction tasks, contributing to the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects across the region.

What you'll be doing
Performing general site duties, including site setup,
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Following all safety procedures and wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Supporting the broader construction team as required

What we're looking for
Previous experience in civil works or in a similar construction role
Must have a current traffic control license/ certificate to implement site signage and stop/slow control
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks
Commitment to safety and a robust safety-first mindset




Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude
Current construction industry white card
