Anilan Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Civil Construction Formworkers to join our team in NSW. This position can be casual or subcontractor, working across a variety of civil and concrete construction projects. As a key member of our skilled trades crew, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality, durable structures to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Constructing, installing, and dismantling formwork for civil and concrete structures
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications
Assisting with concrete pours and general civil construction activities
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within project timeframes
Maintaining safe work practices and adhering to WH&S; requirements
Working collaboratively with site supervisors and crew members

Competencies Required:
Several years’ experience as a Construction Formworker within the civil construction industry
Solid practical knowledge of formwork systems and construction techniques
Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings




Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
Good communication and teamwork skills
Robust commitment to workplace health and safety
Construction Induction (White) Card or equivalent
Current Driver Licence preferred
Willingness to travel and work in regional NSW when required
